The outdoor public bath was a delightful bonus.
I had a frustrating experience with the staff's communication. Some of the staff struggled with English, which made it difficult when I needed assistance in the public bath. On one occasion, I felt unsafe when someone knocked persistently at the door, and my call for help was poorly handled. It was incredibly disappointing that I had to insist multiple times to get a taxi called, which wasn’t the kind of service I expected.

Here’s the good and the not-so-good
The shared bath was a treat! with a nice temperature. The staff was very accommodating, allowing me to store my luggage before check-in.
The walk from the station was longer than expected—around 10-15 minutes, which felt tiring after a day out.

comfortable stay but distance from the station is off-putting
The rooms are meticulously clean and well-maintained, which really enhanced my comfort during the six nights. I appreciated the city view from my window that added a nice touch to the experience. The free onsen was a convenient way to unwind after exploring, despite its smaller size.
The walk from the station felt longer than expected.
